Job description

Position Summary:

Seeking Warehouse Associates to support day-to-day operations at our Woodridge, IL distribution facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, receiving, processing, and stocking products, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace. This is a high-paced role requiring strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work overtime when required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and ship products accurately to customer requirements

  • Verify product numbers, descriptions, and quantities against orders

  • Load and unload trucks and containers

  • Receive inbound stock and process materials to the correct storage areas

  • Stock and rotate warehouse inventory

  • Identify and report missing, lost, or damaged materials

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work area

  • Operate handheld RF scanners as needed

  • Follow safety protocols and report any incidents or hazards

  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisor


Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and physically active environment

  • Flexibility to work overtime as required

  • Must pass background check and drug screening

  • Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
