Position Summary

Performs daily clerical and analytical duties in support of inbound receiving operations, serving as the primary point of contact for inbound escalation emails and communications. Researches and resolves IPN and SAP v. BY system discrepancies, reconciles open Purchase Orders and ASNs between BY and SAP, resolves iDoc failures, and generates KPI reports from SAP, BY, and Snowflake in conjunction with BY and SAP knowledge and proficiency. 

Principal Responsibilities

   Receives and processes inbound shipments via BY and SAP; verifies purchase order and Advance Shipment Notice (ASN) accuracy against received product. 
   Organizes and prioritizes inbound receiving and put-away tasks throughout the day, ability to multi-task. 
   Determine, distinguish, and disburse receipts based on operational needs.  
   Actions must reflect consideration of FDA regulations, GMP's,  and company policies and procedures. 
   Ability to make informed decisions with little or no direct supervision. 
   Researches and resolves IPN (Item Part Number) discrepancies between systems. 
   Resolves SAP v. BY inbound discrepancies, identifying root cause and coordinating corrective action with the appropriate teams. 
   Reconciles open Purchase Orders (POs) and Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs) between BY and SAP. 
   Resolves iDoc failures impacting inbound transactions, partnering with IT/SAP support as needed. 
   Generates KPI reports from SAP, BY, and Snowflake to support inbound performance tracking and leadership reporting. 
   Audits inbound receipts for accuracy and records discrepancies by vendor and purchase order. 
   Corrects receiving errors with assistance from the Inbound Lead.  
   Ability to navigate through BY and SAP reporting tools for daily inbound statistics. 
   Notifies Inbound Lead and Inventory Control of inventory discrepancies identified during receiving. 
   Serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for inbound escalation emails and communications. 
   Securely and accurately stages received product for put-away based on storage requirements.  
   Correctly labels and identifies received product with appropriate lot, PO, and IPN information. 
   Communicates to other employees when inbound receipts have been audited and are ready for put-away. 
   Effectively communicates with logistics carriers and freight forwarders regarding inbound delivery schedules and discrepancies. 
   Ability to read and interpret SAP and BY transaction reports to validate inbound receipt accuracy. 
   Assists in training other associates as required. 
   Other duties as assigned. 

Education / Experience Requirements

   Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.   
   Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook) 
   Proficient in BY and SAP transactions for inbound receiving, purchase order, and ASN processing. 
   Proficient in using RF technology to process inbound receipts.  
   Ability to read, write, and speak English. 
   Working knowledge of Snowflake for generating and interpreting inbound KPI reports. 
   Ability to research and resolve iDoc failures and SAP v. BY system discrepancies. 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

   Ability to work in a team environment, and work with little supervision.  
   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.   
   Ability to push and operate a pallet jack and/or carts. 
   Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with other employees in the distribution center. 
   Attention to detail and accuracy. 
   Ability to communicate with other departments effectively both within the DC, and outside of the DC. 
   Ability to work overtime, both during the workweek and on the weekend, based on business needs. 
   All employees (regardless of your position with the company) will be required to wear safety shoes on the production floor.
