Wendy's General Manager in Training (GMIT)

Scipio, Utah Location  $18 - $22/hr DOE + Potential Bonuses

 We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Restaurant General Manager in Training (GMIT) to join our Scipio, Utah team. This role prepares assertive hospitality professionals to lead daily operations, manage staff, and learn all aspects of running a profitable restaurant operation.  The ideal candidate will undergo comprehensive training in P&L management, food safety, and team leadership to step into a full GM role, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment required (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
