Ensuring Chart's Success...

Howden, a Chart Industries Company, is a global leader in air and gas handling products, services and solutions. Howden's core focus is on providing quality solutions for air and gas handling, and have over a century of experience in doing so.

What Will You Do?

Job Responsibilities
Manage industrial equipment projects from order intake to final completion.
Coordinate with internal departments including Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Service, and Quality teams.
Act as the main communication window between customers, factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project schedule, cost, delivery status, documentation, and customer requirements.
Follow up manufacturing progress and coordinate shipment arrangements with suppliers and forwarders.
Organize and lead internal/external project meetings and provide regular project status updates.
Review customer specifications, contracts, and technical/commercial requirements.
Support FAT/SAT, site activities, and commissioning coordination when required.
Handle project risks, customer issues, and change management during project execution.
Ensure projects are executed in compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
Support project documentation management, invoicing milestones, and project closing activities.
Coordinate with overseas factories

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...

Your work location will be in Taiwan, Taipei.

Your Experience Should Be...

Bachelor's degree or above. Engineering-related background is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates with project management experience in engineering companies, equipment manufacturing, EPC, or industrial-related industries are highly welcome regardless of academic major.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Experience handling industrial equipment, compressors, rotating equipment, oil & gas, petrochemical, hydrogen, or energy-related projects is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to work independently and proactively solve problems.
Familiar with project scheduling and progress tracking.
Fluent in Mandarin and workable English communication skills.
Experience working with overseas suppliers or international teams is a plus
