Head Coach – D1 Training Evans

Salary: $48,000–$55,000 + performance incentives

D1 Training Evans is seeking a Head Coach to lead coaching operations, develop athletes, manage staff, and help grow a new training facility from the ground up. This is more than a coaching role—it is a leadership position responsible for building a high-performance culture, delivering elite training experiences, and developing a team of coaches committed to excellence.

The Head Coach will lead daily training sessions, mentor coaching staff, oversee operational execution, and ensure every athlete and member receives a best-in-class experience. The ideal candidate combines strength and conditioning expertise, leadership presence, and operational discipline. They are equally comfortable coaching on the floor, developing coaches, engaging with members and parents, and owning key performance metrics related to retention, utilization, and facility growth.

This position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on athletes, families, and the local community while helping establish D1 Training Evans as the premier athletic-based training facility in the Augusta area.

We are actively interviewing and expect to fill this position in early July 2026. Candidates should be available to attend D1 Operator Training in Franklin, Tennessee, July 14–16, 2026.

FINAL NOTE TO CANDIDATES

This position is ideal for someone who wants to lead people, develop coaches, build a culture, and help grow a business from the ground up. You will be expected to coach at a high level, hold others accountable, and help establish D1 Training Evans as the premier training destination in the Augusta area.

If you're looking for a leadership opportunity with significant influence and growth potential, we'd like to talk. If you're simply looking to coach classes, this is probably not the right fit.
