FT Catering Clerk/Driver - Yorktown Heights, NY
Join our Catering Department at our Yorktown Heights Store as a Full-Time Catering Clerk/Driver! Our gourmet store is fast-paced and growing, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable team member to help take catering orders, prepare items, and deliver delicious gourmet foods to our customers.
This role includes in-store catering support and delivery using a company-owned vehicle (CDL not required). Scheduling falls between 7:00am-7:00pm, with varied shift options.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, prompt customer service in person and over the phone
  • Take, process, and pack catering orders (including online orders)
  • Prepare catering and deli items during non-delivery times
  • Deliver and set up catering orders safely and on time using a company vehicle
  • Ensure all orders are accurate and complete (utensils, condiments, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • Follow all food safety, safety, and company policies

Requirements
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license (minimum 3 years) with a clean driving record
  • At least 1 year of delivery driving experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift
