The Sample Library Coordinator is responsible for project execution and operational excellence in support of the manager. They independently manage the full lifecycle of the floor set sample process, ensuring organized, accurate, and on-time delivery. This role oversees DC7 and DC8 library inventory operations, including intake, storage, and database integrity. They also play an important role in preparing samples and documentation for international registration, contributing to broader business initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily activities related to receipt, check in/out of product, including photographing, pulling and re-shelving of samples
  • Manage product inventory; conducting physical inventories as needed
  • Remove and archive items no longer current
  • Communicate timely with internal partners
  • Pull inventory reports and other library related metrics to support overall Library reporting
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of end-to-end Library process & product
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in retail, merchandising, marketing or related field
  • Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to consistently complete tasks with accuracy and urgency
  • Proficient in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks/projects in a busy, dynamic environment
  • Agile, flexible self-starter with a continuous improvement approach and curiosity to improve processes
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 40 pounds
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
