In-Room Dining Assistant(Part-Time PM)

Join our team as we provide a luxury dining experience for our guests in the comfort of their hotel rooms. As an In-Room Dining Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately taking guest food and beverage orders, communicating with the kitchen and service team, and ensuring a seamless in-room dining experience.

Part-time evening positions are currently available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls for in-room dining orders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Accurately take guest food and beverage orders while accommodating special requests and dietary needs.
  • Enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and communicate details clearly to the kitchen and service team.
  • Provide guests with menu information including ingredients, preparation methods, pricing, and recommendations.
  • Ensure orders are prepared and delivered according to hotel service standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of the in-room dining menu, specials, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Present accurate guest checks and process payments when required.
  • Perform department opening and closing procedures.
  • Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (read, speak, and write).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
