Job Overview:
RPA Technology Lead will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, and stabilization of automation solutions using UiPath.
In addition to driving end-to-end RPA implementation, this role will also lead initiatives related to cloud migration of automation workloads, ensuring seamless transition, scalability, and performance in cloud environments.
The lead will collaborate extensively with Business teams to implement new automation solutions in line with project timelines and will play a key role in aligning automation strategy with broader digital transformation and cloud-first goals
Job Description

  • Lead the design and development of robust, scalable RPA solutions
  • Collaborate with business partners, vendors and team members on the creation, modification, testing, and implementation of automation workflows in accordance with standard design principles and conventions
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to determine feasibility for automation
  • Gather requirements from business partners, suggest the best automation solution, and develop automation workflows based on those requirements.
  • Perform proof-of-concepts to help the business recognize the feasibility of an automated solution
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to RPA developers and other team members
  • Prepare, maintain and update process design documentation related to business and operational workflows
  • Responsible for the complete solution including process workflow, authentication, error handling, logging and performance tuning
  • Create and manage reusable assets based on Business process patterns
  • Architect and develop end-to-end IDP solutions using UiPath Document Understanding
  • Responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of UiPath's Document Understanding solution
  • Lead the migration of existing RPA solutions to cloud-based environments, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to define and implement cloud architecture and governance for automation platforms
  • Perform production support for deployed automated solutions
  • While supporting existing processes, create, implement, maintain and monitor RPA best practices to ensure successful execution of automated solutions
  • Provide training and support to end-users and RPA developers to ensure effective utilization of RPA solutions
  • Communicate status, risks, and ensure on-time delivery of all committed developments


Technical Skills

  • Experience with .NET, C#, or other programming languages
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL
  • Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP) and API integration.
