Job Summary

Seeking a Robotics Automation Engineer with expertise in industrial robotics, automation systems, and mechanical design. The ideal candidate will develop and implement robotic solutions, create 3D models and simulations, and support manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and program robotic automation systems (FANUC, UR, ABB).
  • Design fixtures, end-of-arm tooling, and automation solutions.
  • Create 3D CAD models and robotic simulations using tools like RoboGuide.
  • Support process development, validation, and change management activities.
  • Troubleshoot automation systems to minimize downtime and improve performance.
  • Develop technical documentation and training materials.
  • Support new product development and train technicians and operators.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in robotics, automation, or mechanical design.
  • Hands-on experience with FANUC, Universal Robots (UR), and/or ABB robots.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, or similar 3D CAD tools.
  • Experience with robot simulation tools (e.g., RoboGuide).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, digital logic, validation, and change management.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
