Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our homecare team. We are looking for an RN to complete homecare assessments ONLY.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients.

Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.

Perform diagnostic evaluations and utilize sonography techniques as needed.

Provide health coaching to patients and their families for better health management.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain aseptic technique during procedures to ensure patient safety.

Assist in long-term care management for patients with chronic conditions.

Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided accurately in medical records.

Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.

Support pediatric patients by utilizing experience with children in clinical settings.

Experience

A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.

Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.

Familiarity with medication administration protocols and aseptic techniques is essential.

Experience working with children is a plus, particularly in pediatric or family health settings.
