As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), hereโ€™s a big-picture view of what youโ€™ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patientsโ€™ physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs to develop individualized care plans.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings to ensure collaboration among healthcare professionals involved in the patientโ€™s care, including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers.
