    • Job Summary:
      • The Flex Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units or departments within the healthcare facility based on staffing needs. This position offers flexible scheduling and requires the RN to adapt quickly to various clinical environments, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes. The Flex RN is expected to maintain current competencies across a range of specialties, follow evidence-based practices, and uphold organizational standards of care and professionalism.
    • Education:
      • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred. Associates required.
    • Registration/Certification/Licensure:
      • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland.
    • Experience:
      • Progressive experience in the nursing field with a broad knowledge of nursing skills and techniques. Must have at least three (1) year experience as an R.N.
    • Other Requirements:
      • Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.
      • CPR required with 30 days of hire.
