Pay Rate: $45.00-47.00 an hour paid weekly Openings: 2 Positions Available Shifts Available : Full Time โ€“ 5x8 hour shifts per week, includes every other weekend 11:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM (Night Shift) Location: South Mountain, PA Benefits : available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to individuals with mental health disorders and substance use conditions in a long-term care setting. Conduct patient assessments, including physical, mental, and behavioral health status, and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, including psychotropic drugs, and monitor patients for effectiveness and adverse reactions.

Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and behavioral changes; report significant findings to the interdisciplinary team. Respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies, implementing appropriate interventions and crisis management techniques. Supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans. Provide patient education related to medications, treatment plans, and coping strategies.

Support therapeutic programming by encouraging patient participation in structured activities and rehabilitation services. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations. Promote a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
