  • Provide total care for residents on assigned unit during scheduled shift as a Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Collaborate with allied health team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois

  • No history of abuse convictions

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to follow facility policies and support quality care
