Adrian Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center is hiring an energetic, customer service oriented part-time Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for directing visitors and maintaining daily office functions. This position requires a detail oriented individual with a good handle on grammar and spelling. The Receptionist will also be responsible for handling phone calls and will be familiar with popular office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.  As the Receptionist at Adrian Bay, you will also be responsible for receiving and verifying medical supplies coming to the facility; recording information for reordering, stocking and accounting for medical supplies and billing. 

  • Experience in central supply or a similar role highly preferred

  • One year experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
