Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and other administrative duties.
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support daily office operations.
