Goodlife Inspections has been servicing the Sacramento area Real Estate market for over 40 years! We are currently looking to expand our Home Inspection Division. Applicants MUST have a minimum of 2 years of experience. This is a full-time opportunity with Saturday inspections as needed.

We provide ongoing technical training along with unparalleled support. Meaning the office staff and management team work daily to ensure the Inspection team is successful. Position Summary

  • Perform a thorough inspection that serves as an informational tool to assist the buyer in understanding the condition of the property in question and lists any defects that will require attention
  • Experience matters. The candidate must have more than 3 years of Home Inspection experience. Inaccurate reporting can irreparably damage the real estate transaction and the reputation of the home being inspected.
  • Offer inspections and reports that cater to the customers’ wants and needs.
  • Follow companies risk management and safety programs to reduce accidents and injuries

Requirements:

  • Must InterNACHI or other CA recognized certification
  • Must have a great DMV record and valid driver’s license
