Shift Options: Day shift or Night Shift (20% differential pay)

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Dimensional Inspection: Measure precision aerospace parts using manual gages.
  • Blueprints & GD&T: Interpret complex engineering drawings and geometric symbols.
  • In-Process Audits: Check parts during production to catch defects early.
  • Final Inspection: Conduct ultimate quality checks prior to customer shipment.
  • Documentation: Record inspection results, fill out logs, and sign off certifications.
  • Non-Conformance Routing: Isolate, tag, and document defective parts (NCRs).
  • Equipment Care: Verify tool calibration and clean measurement instruments daily.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Aerospace Final Inspector / In-Process Dimensional Inspector experience
  • Experience with dial bore gages, Mueller gages, indicator mics, Sunnen gages etc.
  • Must be very knowledgeable of GD&T
  • Experience in fast Paced Environment
  • Self-starter and team oriented

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and sit or stand up to 8 hours per day
