Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in construction estimating or inspections? Join our growing team as a Deck & Balcony Inspector / Estimator and play a key role in helping property owners comply with California deck and balcony inspection requirements.

In this position, you'll evaluate projects, prepare estimates and proposals, coordinate with customers, and support the inspection and reporting process from start to finish.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct project assessments and prepare estimates and proposals for deck and balcony inspections.
  • Calculate elevated elements and determine inspection sampling requirements.
  • Gather project information and present proposals to clients.
  • Assist with inspections and report preparation.
  • Manage project information and updates in Pipedrive CRM.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure excellent service and project success.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and project updates promptly.
What We're Looking For

3+ years of related experience in construction estimating, inspections, project coordination, or a similar field.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Ability to learn technical inspection requirements and building systems quickly.

 WDO branch 3 license would be a major plus 

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
