A Quality Visual Inspector is responsible for inspecting manufactured components and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards, customer specifications, and production requirements. This role identifies defects, documents inspection results, and works closely with production teams to maintain product quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform visual inspections of components and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Identify and document defects, nonconforming materials, and quality concerns according to established procedures.
  • Use inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, microscopes, and other measuring devices as required.
  • Verify product dimensions, appearance, labeling, and packaging meet specifications and customer requirements.
  • Accurately record inspection results, quality data, and nonconformance reports.
  • Segregate and properly identify defective or suspect materials.
