ABOUT THE JOB: We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our growing team in Lexington, MA. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products meet high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective quality assurance protocols. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection and end of line inspection. Ensure Inspection areas follow processes and best practices associated with inspection work instructions, procedures, and tools. * Collaborate with Quality Engineering in the creation of inspection plans for incoming materials, parts, and assemblies from suppliers and monitor their compliance * Execute on the equipment calibration and material shelf-life verification programs * Support Material review board processes * Support internal and external audits on processes and procedures. * Review and propose continuous improvement projects for productivity gains, quality improvements, and benefits to Anduril's quality policy. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Technical or Associates degree in related quality/mechanical/aerospace engineering field * 3+ years of Quality and/or Manufacturing experience within the Aerospace industry * Experience with Calibrated equipment (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, CMM etc.) * Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings (wire diagrams, work instructions, CAD) * Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge, understanding dimension and tolerancing * Experience with inspection of machined parts and mechanical assemblies * Experience with inspection of Electrical and Electronic Components (Power Supplies, PCBs, wire-harnesses) * Experience in a facility with AS9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949 or similar QMS standard. * Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a fast paced, challenging work environment. * Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production. * Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted * Understanding of FAIR, COC, production metrics * Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S Secret clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field of study * IPC-A-610 or IPC-A-620 Certification * Experience with Manufacturing processes and their related systems (Jira, MES, ERP, Teamcenter, CAD) * Experience with auditing processes and procedures in a manufacturing environment * Detail oriented self starter with minimal oversight - strong ability to communicate with different cross functional teams.
