What We're Looking For:

Performs the physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Responsible
for operating power industrial truck to transport material within the facility. The role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and computers.

for operating power industrial truck to transport material within the facility. The role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and computers.

This is a 1st shift position. Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Salary: 21.00 Hour

Performs quality checks on outbound and inbound shipments.
Picks and stages orders for shipping
Load, unload, put away, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift or other power equipment.
Executes ERP system transactions on outbound and inbound shipments.
Learns to use handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders.
Maintains inventory accuracy.
Handles and controls hazardous material on both inbound and outbound.
Complies with 5S safety, housekeeping practices, and regulations.
Completes all required safety training and follows protocol in all risk situations.
Uses Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to tasks at hand.
Certification on powered industrial trucks sit down, dock stocker and powered pallet jacks.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to forklift operation.
Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 75 pounds.
Performs activities to evaluate and maintain equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

<1 year Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse setting or similar environment

Proficiency in operating industrial forklifts and other warehouse equipment including stand up reach, sit down order picker, and pallet jack.


Preferred Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Possess Full knowledge of all function within own area.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Experience with RF equipment for transporting, receiving and loading functions

Certification in operating various type of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, pallet jacks)

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
