About the Role
Essity is looking for an experienced machine operator - flexible resource
We're looking for people who embody our Beliefs & Behaviors and bring curiosity, innovation, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. If you want to learn and grow in a collaborative environment where your skills are challenged, but you're always supported, we would love to connect.
What You'll Do
  • Support safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
  • Prepare, stage, and load raw materials or finished products according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Monitor processes and communicate any issues to the Team Leader or skilled operators.
  • Maintain clear communication with previous and next shifts to support smooth operations.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping and safety standards.
  • Assist team members in operating activities as needed.
  • Perform basic quality checks and report any non-conforming materials.
  • Complete required documentation and data entry accurately during production.

Who You Are
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (proof required)
  • One (1) year of previous Manufacturing or Forklift Experience preferred.
  • Safety focused, self starter ready to contribute!
  • Must work Swings Shifts

Compensation and Benefits:
Expected Compensation
$28.16/hourly base rate with the potential to earn $45.43/hourly.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
