Description:

CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator

$18 to $26 per hour based on skill set and shift.

2nd shift is eligible for a $1/hour premium & 3rd shift a $2 per hour premium.


Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.


We are looking for a skilled CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator to become a key member of our team.   Our shop is predominantly equipped with robotic cells, making up over 95% of our operations



CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC vertical or horizontal milling machines
  • CNC Vertical Lathe experience
  • Familiarity with DMG or Mori or Doosan Machines
  • G&M Code familiarity
  • Ability to perform your own tool changes
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Understanding of containment
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines
  • Production oriented
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating CNC vertical or horizontal milling machines- 
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of G & M code programming
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
