Location: Missouri City, TX
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $ 18.00
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
 
We are seeking experienced, safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our warehouse operations team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of products throughout the facility while supporting inventory accuracy and operational productivity. You are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Team members who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and adherence to safety standards during the initial evaluation period may be offered permanent employment, access to company benefits, and long-term career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and electric pallet jacks as assigned
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and accurately
• Transport, stage, and organize inventory within designated warehouse locations
• Verify product counts and ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Assist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, and order fulfillment activities as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse standards
Qualifications
• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, and/or electric pallet jack equipment preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and equipment operation
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Education
• High School Diploma or GED required
