In this position, you will…


Serve as the dedicated day-to-day representative supporting one of bolt's most strategic global partnerships. You will work closely with partner stakeholders in the social commerce ecosystem, acting as a bridge between partner teams and bolt's internal teams to ensure alignment, drive collaboration, and support business growth.


This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with a leading global technology platform, participating in business discussions, gathering insights, identifying opportunities, and helping drive the successful execution of initiatives across multiple markets.


The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced environments, can confidently navigate complex stakeholder groups, and is fluent in both Mandarin and English.


You will be responsible for…


  • Building trusted relationships with partner stakeholders across product, operations, marketing, trust & safety, and leadership teams
  • Attending partner meetings, business reviews, planning sessions, and operational discussions
  • Translating partner needs, feedback, and priorities into actionable insights for internal teams
  • Acting as the primary communication bridge between Seattle-based partner teams and Atlanta-based bolt teams
  • Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Supporting the launch, expansion, and optimization of partner programs and initiatives
  • Monitoring program performance and identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes
  • Preparing and delivering partner updates, status reviews, and executive-level presentations
  • Managing escalations and helping drive timely resolution of operational issues
  • Identifying opportunities to increase adoption, engagement, and overall partnership value
  • Supporting global partnership initiatives across multiple regions and teams

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting, or a related client-facing role
  • Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English, including the ability to conduct business meetings and presentations in both languages
  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients, strategic partnerships, or high-profile accounts
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms, e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or social commerce ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across multiple organizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams
  • Willingness and ability to regularly work on-site with partner teams in the Seattle area
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
