Job description

The Investment Services Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in driving investment growth and business development across Integrity Alliance's RIA and Brokerage platforms. This is a high-impact, relationship-focused role responsible for cultivating new advisor partnerships while strengthening and supporting the success of our existing financial professionals.
You'll act as a strategic guide-helping advisors elevate their practices, optimize client portfolios, and confidently position Integrity Alliance's investment solutions.
Essential Job Functions
Build & Deepen Advisor Relationships
  • Proactively engage financial advisors through strategic phone outreach and email communication.
  • Serve as a trusted resource-answering planning and product questions, consulting on case design, and guiding advisors through investment strategies.
  • Conduct investment analysis, run proposals, and provide insights that help advisors position offerings with confidence and clarity.

Partner with Leading Product Providers
  • Maintain strong relationships with mutual fund companies, variable/fixed annuity carriers, TAMPs, and retirement plan providers.
  • Gather product intelligence, marketing materials, and selling agreement details to equip advisors with best-in-class resources.

Drive Advisor Engagement & Business Growth
  • Develop and deliver targeted in-person and email campaigns designed to grow BD/RIA investment business.
  • Collaborate on creating marketing materials, presentations, and sales tools for advisor use in client meetings and day-to-day operations.

Lead Training and Onboarding Support
  • Participate in ongoing training programs for new advisors joining Integrity Alliance.
  • Maintain and enhance training resources covering investment products, clearing firm technology, and third-party tech platforms.

Deliver Insightful Reporting
  • Produce monthly AUM reports, track daily/weekly AUM activity, and highlight new business wins.
  • Support leadership with accurate and timely reporting that informs strategic decisions.

Experience & Education
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in the securities industry with direct experience in a broker-dealer, RIA, or insurance environment.
  • Familiarity with multiple clearing platforms (TD Ameritrade, Schwab, Pershing) and Access systems.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years related experience OR 4-6 years relevant industry experience/training.

Licensing
  • Series 6/7 and 65/66 preferred; required within 6 months of hire.
