Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Sales and Service cloud. The role involves hands-on development, testing, and deployment, as well as close cooperation with colleagues to ensure successful project implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Hands on development, testing and deployment experience
• Active participation in the entire course of the project (including the optimization of the Salesforce applications and the implementation of the solutions)
• Close cooperation with the near and offshore colleagues to ensure successful project implementation
• Analyse, digest, and prioritize the business and IT requirements
• Create the Software Architecture Document that describes the application's components and their interfaces within and outside of the software system, including clear specifications of functional and non-functional requirements for the solution
• Define expected behaviour of service in terms of performance, service levels etc.
• Incorporate existing components and services into the design
• Construct and assess architectural proof-of-concepts
• Establish the structure in which the implementation will reside
• Work with development team, create/peer review detailed designs, and drive the implementation towards the architectural vision
• Define architectural patterns, key mechanisms, and modelling conventions for software development
• Coordinate and test defects on a periodic basis
• Resolving all customer requests, issues / escalations in a timely manner
• Participate in Customer review / governance meetings to discuss on Service performance, project issues and improvement opportunities
• Participate and provide inputs during Solution development activities
• Anticipate issues and needs of the customer related to the project and address them proactively
• Adhere to Salesforce/Client prescribed best development practices and procedures
• A willingness to travel in Germany or the DACH region is required
