About the Role

If youโ€™re interested in events, travel, and working behind the scenes to bring large-scale experiences to life, this could be a great starting point.

As an Event Travel Specialist, youโ€™ll support the planning and execution of air travel for group events, meetings, and incentive programs. Youโ€™ll work closely with experienced team members to coordinate flights, assist travelers, and help ensure everything runs smoothly from planning through event completion.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced, and highly collaborative role where youโ€™ll learn the ins and outs of group travel, airline logistics, and event operations.


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Support the coordination of air travel for event attendees and internal teams
  • Research and share flight options, pricing, and schedules
  • Assist with booking and ticketing flights
  • Communicate with participants via email to:
    • Share itineraries
    • Answer travel questions
    • Help with changes or requests
  • Track and help manage program budgets and travel details
  • Partner with internal teams like:
    • Event Managers
    • Travel Directors
    • Accounting teams
  • Help resolve travel issues (delays, changes, cancellations) with guidance from senior team members
  • Learn how to navigate airline systems and internal tools
  • Assist with after-hours flight monitoring on a rotating basis
