About the Role

As an Event Travel Specialist, youโll support the planning and execution of air travel for group events, meetings, and incentive programs. Youโll work closely with experienced team members to coordinate flights, assist travelers, and help ensure everything runs smoothly from planning through event completion.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced, and highly collaborative role where youโll learn the ins and outs of group travel, airline logistics, and event operations.
What Youโll Do
- Support the coordination of air travel for event attendees and internal teams
- Research and share flight options, pricing, and schedules
- Assist with booking and ticketing flights
- Communicate with participants via email to:
- Share itineraries
- Answer travel questions
- Help with changes or requests
- Track and help manage program budgets and travel details
- Partner with internal teams like:
- Event Managers
- Travel Directors
- Accounting teams
- Help resolve travel issues (delays, changes, cancellations) with guidance from senior team members
- Learn how to navigate airline systems and internal tools
- Assist with after-hours flight monitoring on a rotating basis

What Weโre Looking For

- Business or related field
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented

- Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Have a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Internship or part-time experience in events, travel, or hospitality
- Customer service experience
- Interest in airlines, travel logistics, or global events
