Job description

Deployment Technician [Exp W/ ServiceNow & HAM Pro]
Charlotte, NC/On-Site
6+ Months
The work will be completed onsite.

Evergreen Deployment Technician: This position is responsible for completing hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals) for the duration of the FY26 Evergreen project.
Specifics tasks include but are not limited to:
  • transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly),
  • imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM,
  • scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).

The computer refreshes will take place at each end user's desk, professional appearance and excellent customer service is expected.
Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro, and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus.
Technicians will be traveling to various county buildings in county vehicle driven by full time employee.
