POSITION: Customer Service
WORKSITE: Wolfe County Outpatient
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular Full Time. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
DEGREE/REQUIRMENTS: High School Diploma/GED
SPECIAL SKILLS: Must be able to multitask and have knowledge of multiple computer systems and operating a multi-line phone system.
JOB DUTIES:
  • Multitasking while answering a multi-line phone system.
  • Scheduling appointments in an Electronic Medical Record with several providers.
  • Collect vital signs and operate Zoom
