Help our kids grow while you learn their favorite games and develop your ABA skills.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) show up ready to help kids develop new skills through practice, patience, and play. Are you someone that leads with empathy, can make a game up on the spot, and just as easily follow a child’s lead?

Every day you will encourage big and small steps. Connect in ways that are unique and fun.

What you’ll do
  • Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum in-clinic

  • Use play, observation, patience, and ABA therapy to teach kids life skills

  • Celebrate wins (big and small)

What you'll need
  • A heart for helping kids

  • A calm, steady presence

  • Eagerness & energy to play

  • Curiosity and a willingness to improve your skills

  • Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

  • 1 year of previous experience in ABA therapy.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

  • Our center is open Mon – Fri 8:00 AM to 4 PM

  • In-home or in-school schedules available. Hours are case by case.
