Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Paid Training Provided
Jewels Therapy Clinic

Jewels Therapy Clinic provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with ASD and related developmental needs. Our mission is to help every child reach their fullest potential through evidence-based practices, individualized support, and a collaborative, family-centered approach.

At Jewels, we believe in the power of ABA therapy to create meaningful change for children and their families. Our team includes experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), all working together to deliver high-quality care.

We provide full RBT training and ongoing support-no prior certification required.

Position Overview

We are seeking caring, motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic, home, or community settings

  • Follow treatment plans under BCBA supervision

  • Collect and record session data accurately

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and team members

  • Participate in supervision and professional development

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

  • Reliable transportation

RBT certification is not required to apply. Paid training will be provided.
