We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working with children with Autism while training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
What You'll Do:
  • Work 1:1 with children in our clinic, school, or home settings
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by experienced BCBAs
  • Support children in building communication, daily living, and social skills
  • Collect and track data on patient progress
  • Receive weekly supervision and ongoing mentorship from a BCBA
