Job Purpose:
  • The Bakery Manager at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery department. This role ensures the production of high-quality baked goods while maintaining efficient production schedules, managing inventory, and adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. The Bakery Manager will also lead and train a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain high standards of quality in all bakery products.
  • Train and schedule employees, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
