Contract Psychologist / Neuropsychologist (Psychological Testing)
One Purpose Psychological Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed Psychologist or Neuropsychologist with experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations across the lifespan. This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician who enjoys assessment and is looking for the flexibility of an independent contractor position without the administrative burden of operating a private practice.
Our practice specializes in comprehensive evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), intellectual disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, capacity evaluations, and neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.Â

Compensation
- Potential to earn $166,000+ annually

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations.
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological assessment instruments.
- Integrate clinical interview, behavioral observations, collateral information, and testing results into comprehensive psychological reports.
- Provide diagnostic feedback to patients and families.
- Collaborate with physicians, schools, attorneys, Regional Centers, and other professionals as appropriate.
- Complete documentation in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology.
- Licensed as a Psychologist in California.
- Strong clinical interviewing, diagnostic, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience conducting psychological assessments is preferred.
Experience evaluating Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and certification in autism and ADHD assessment procedures will be provided to qualified candidates who do not have prior experience in these specialty areas.
