JOB SUMMARY:
Rock Entertainment Group and the Cleveland Cavaliers are looking for a part-time Co-Host for the upcoming 2026-27 season. The main function of this position is to serve as the Co-Host for select Cleveland Cavaliers home games and other Rock Entertainment Group events as needed. Some of the other events may include but not limited to; being the on-camera personality during home games, watch parties, and other events as needed for Cavaliers, Monsters, Charge. This position will report to the Director of Game Presentation for the Cavaliers and regularly work with the Game Operations Team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, preferably have prior experience hosting large scale, professionally produced events, and be committed to adhering to all team and league guidelines and protocols in a positive and professional manner. Our hosts will be leaders for promotions and entertainment on game nights.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Co-Host for select Cleveland Cavaliers home games and other Rock Entertainment Group events as needed
  • Facilitate in-game promotions, activations, contests and interviews
  • Ensure all elements are clearly explained to contestants and are executed within their respective strict timing allotments
  • Generate an atmosphere of enthusiasm and excitement
  • On camera video content personality
  • Responsible for representing the Cavaliers Holdings, LLC family of companies in a positive and professional manner at all times
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience hosting large-scale, professionally produced, public events is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with in-ear IFB devices for intra-team communication is a plus
  • Possess a strong-on camera presence and personality
  • Script memorization and improvisation
  • The ability to write copy and help produce live segments
  • Ability to work well under a high-pressure, fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Basic understanding of presenting oneself on camera
  • Strong knowledge of NBA and Cleveland Cavaliers basketball
