Job description

Golisano Children's Hospital - Lee Health is seeking Licensed Pediatric Psychologists for our Naples location!
Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida is a state-of-the-art pediatric facility that delivers vital and lifesaving care for children and their families throughout the region. The 135 bed regional hospital cares for children across five counties and is the only children's hospital between Tampa and Miami. Golisano provides a variety of specialized services for our community's children ranging from emergency care to behavioral health, surgery to critical care, orthopedics, cancer treatment, cardiology, and more. It has a 16 bed PICU, 70 bed NICU with 24-hour in-house Neonatology coverage.

The organization has 4 acute care hospitals and 2 specialty hospitals that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.
Position Information:
Lee Health - Lee Physician Group's Pediatric Behavioral Health in Naples is seeking multiple full-time Licensed Psychologists!The psychologists will provide evidence-based outpatient treatment to children, adolescents, young adults, and families from ages 5 to 21. Common presenting concerns include sleep disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., ADHD and Motor), anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, suicidal Ideation/self-harm, feeding/eating disorders (e.g., ARFID and anorexia nervosa), somatic symptom disorders (e.g., functional neurological disorder), disruptive/impulse control disorders (e.g., ODD), and trauma disorders (e.g., adjustment disorder and PTSD).
Responsibilities:
• Standardized assessment of cognitive, executive, social, emotional, and/or behavioral functioning
• Evidence-based treatment modalities in individual, family, and/or group formats based on diagnostics
• Crisis management and safety planning
• Collaboration with other health professionals
• Care coordination with schools
• Education outreach in the community
Qualifications:
• Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA accredited doctorate program with completion of an APA accredited internship in counseling, school, or clinical psychology.
• 1-year post-doctoral training under supervision of a licensed psychologist
• Strong practice of evidence-based assessment and treatment including diagnostic interview, standardized measures, conceptualization, diagnostic impressions, interventions, and interprofessional collaboration
• Multicultural training and competencies
• Licensed or licensed-eligible in the state of Florida
