About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Import Coordinator to manage and oversee import operations, ensuring smooth and compliant shipment processes. This role is responsible for coordinating international shipments, handling documentation, and working closely with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage import shipments (ocean and air freight) from origin to final delivery

  • Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and import requirements

  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate import documentation

  • Work closely with customs brokers, carriers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations

  • Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Support logistics operations including domestic transportation when required

  • Maintain high levels of customer service and responsiveness

Qualifications

  • Experience in customs brokerage with a strong understanding of import regulations and processes
