Job Description

We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced NIssan Service Manager to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a Nissan Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in the manufacturer's vehicle maintenance and repair.

  • Lead and manage the service department team, including technicians, advisors, and support staff
  • Ensure delivery of superior customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Oversee all service operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service department efficiency and profitability
  • Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for upper management
  • Stay up-to-date with the manufacturer's vehicle technologies and service procedures
  • Collaborate with sales and parts departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Handle complex customer issues and maintain positive relationships with key clients
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer's brand standards and all relevant regulations
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management, preferably with at least 2 years in Japanese-manufactur or high-performance vehicles; Imports service management experience a plus

  • Extensive knowledge of luxury-brand vehicles and their maintenance requirements
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in automotive diagnostic techniques and repair procedures

  • Proficient in using automotive service management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
