Job Summary
We are seeking a full time , in person Purchasing Assistant to join our team! As a Purchasing Assistant, you will be working with multiple departments to determine their supply needs, place orders, and assist in finding the tools they need to do their jobs. You will also be assisting in contract management, following up on supply requests, and monitoring inventory levels of essential goods. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed, and an understanding of supply chain procedures. 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Supplier coordination — Communicate with international vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and order status
  • Purchase order management — Create, track, and update POs to ensure timely delivery
  • Logistics support — Work with freight forwarders on shipping schedules, documentation, and customs requirements
  • Data entry & reporting — Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and prepare weekly purchasing reports
  • Art and Design – Communicate with Designers to make sure all artwork and production files are sent to the factories on time for all orders
Qualifications
  • Experience in handling PO’s , documentation and import shipments
  • Strong communication skills (email, and supplier follow‑ups)
  • Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in Fast Paced company
  • Must be organized
