We’re partnering with a growingcustoms brokerage and logistics team in Long Beach, CAthat needs a trueCustoms Entry Writerwith strongPGA/FDA entry experience.

This role is built for someone who likes high-volume brokerage work, clean documentation, accurate data entry, and getting shipments cleared quickly. The ideal candidate has handledFDA/PGA releases, understands “May Proceed” status, and can confidently manage a steady entry workload.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Process import entries accurately and on time.
  • Review commercial documents and correct missing or inaccurate information before submission.
  • HandlePGA/FDA requirements, including “May Proceed” releases.
  • Flag FDA exams, holds, or shipment issues quickly.
  • Use client SOPs to support HTS/product code classification.
  • Track release status with Customs, FDA, and other agencies.
  • Resolve entry errors, holds, and documentation issues.
  • Update delivery orders and send clear carrier instructions when shipments must be held.
  • Correct bill of lading and file issues before handing completed files to Post-Entry.
