Job description

Location:  On site in Memphis, TN

Summary: 

The Deputy Servicing Manager for the International Department maintains product and process management flows for the servicing team including compliance. This role helps to identify training needs, champion change and promote the team’s support of company initiatives. The Manager also represents the department on industry committees and assists with management of upstream correspondent bank relationships.  

Job duties:

Clarify workflows and update process and workflow documentation for all products

  • Retail FX Travel Money
  • Foreign Check deposits
  • Import and Export Letters of Credit
  • Import and Export Documentary Collections
  • Standby Letters of Credit
  • Commercial FX: Hedging, FX Accounts, Wire Rate Engine
  • Upstream correspondent banking
  • Assist with identifying and delivering training for department associates
  • Assist with delivery of all international products
  • Function as backup Supervisor in the operations area as needed
  • Coordinate various reporting needs
  • Collaborate and communicate on initiatives with other bank teams

General requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Four year college degree or work equivalent (10+ years in banking operations)
  • Basic knowledge of international products
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of back-office bank operations
  • Good command of Microsoft Office suite
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Assertive and positive with the ability to work with all levels of users, technical teams, clients, and management

Preferred requirements:

  • Specialized Knowledge of International products and regulations
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-lookup usage
