Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, budgets, and reporting structures
  • Coordinate designers, technical teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Oversee site activities, installations, quality control, and project progress
  • Manage procurement processes and contractor appointments
  • Monitor project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and CDM regulations
  • Act as the primary client liaison and manage stakeholder communication
  • Lead site visits, progress meetings, project reviews, and reporting
  • Drive projects through to practical completion, commissioning, and final handover

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex construction, fit-out, or installation projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and project delivery
  • Excellent contractor, supplier, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel and be site-based as required

Desirable

  • Experience working on hospitality, leisure, commercial, retail, or high-end fit-out projects
  • Relevant project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
