You will oversee both front of house and back of house operations and be responsible for making sure that Native Grill & Wings food and service standards are adhered to at all times. Job Responsibilities - Assistant General Manager

- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes.

- Oversee and coordinate the activities of various departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.

- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high productivity levels.
