  • Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Consulting (2022-2024)
  • Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America (2020-2023)
Role:

Associate Manager, Treasury

Location:
  • Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
  • Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
  • Travel Expectations: Up to 10%
What you’ll do:
  • Own one or more workstreams end‑to‑end on Kyriba projects—facilitating requirements, solution design, configuration oversight, and go‑live for your scope; serve as the day‑to‑day client lead for that workstream.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, reviewing and approving configurations completed by analysts.
  • Lead UAT for your workstreams (test strategy, scripts, defect triage) and drive readiness sign‑offs ahead of cutover and hypercare.
  • Coordinate integrations for your scope (files/APIs, SFTP, posting rules, bank connectivity), partnering with client IT, banks, and ERP teams to unblock decisions.
  • Mentor and supervise analysts—set goals, delegate work, provide timely feedback, and perform quality reviews on deliverables.
  • Elevate delivery quality and predictability by maintaining RAID items, crafting mitigation plans, and escalating risks early with clear options.
  • Build accelerators and methods (templates, playbooks, sample configs, training decks) and share lessons learned across the practice to improve velocity and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with managers and leadership to ensure project is meeting quality expectations and identify mitigating actions for risks.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 3+ years in consulting or professional services delivery.
  • Hands on Kyriba/TMS implementation experience across multiple modules.
  • Proven workstream ownership: you’ve led client workshops, managed scope for your lane, and delivered against a plan with minimal oversight.
  • Certifications: at least 4 Kyriba certifications or equivalent depth.
  • Project management fluency for your scope: workplan maintenance, status reporting, change control, and stakeholder communications.
  • Client‑ready deliverables: mapping specs, test plans, and training materials that are clear, concise, and executive‑ready.
  • Coaching mindset with demonstrated experience upskilling junior team members while maintaining a positive, accountable team culture.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with global rollouts (multi‑entity, multi‑bank, SWIFT, host‑to‑host) and phased deployments.
  • Integration depth with major ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), APIs, and file formats; understanding of security and controls.
  • Evidence of measurable client satisfaction (references, CSAT improvements) and adoption outcomes.
Benefits that Benefit You:

We want to cultivate a thriving culture and company—and we know that your health and well-being matter. We offer a benefits package and perks for our team members that include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid parental leave
  • Flexible work environment
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Access to mental health apps
  • Life insurance and disability coverage
  • Opportunities for ad hoc bonuses

Excited about what we’re doing but don’t fit every requirement? No problem! At Clearsulting, we’re forward‑thinkers on a mission to redefine consulting excellence. We’re all about diversity and inclusion, committed to assembling teams that mirror the world around us. So, if you’re passionate about our mission, you could be the perfect fit for this role or another within our dynamic team. Don’t hesitate to apply!
