PSI Pax is at the forefront of innovation in supporting our DOD customer's complex requirements. We help our customers nationwide coordinate services across their enterprises, enhance efficiency through process improvement, and deliver quality services within cost and on schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs tasks related to the design, development, deployment, and sustainment of a ServiceNow environment including but not limited to the following:
  • Support migration from an Ivanti Neurons to ServiceNow enterprise service desk environment.
  • Provide consultation for project planning.
  • Identify project risks and recommend mitigations.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Provide consultation on emergent ServiceNow patches or new functionality.
  • Support the customer community in verifying end user account requirements in accordance with audit constraints.
  • Assess ServiceNow releases for impacts to customers and provide the results of analysis to leadership.
  • Coordinate release testing with project manager in the appropriate module, compile results, and identify deficiencies along with business impacts.
  • Recommend business workarounds for system defects.
  • Support ServiceNow release deployment to Users including preparation of pre-release communications, responding to end user trouble tickets, support release-related training, and monitor system data for accuracy.
  • Prepare documentation required for end-user training.
  • Coordinate with training team to develop online training content.
  • Ensure end-user training requirements are met prior to role assignment.
  • Support data call responses.
  • Apply thorough technical and business knowledge of the ServiceNow in performing operations of the system to meet the ongoing Navy business operations requirements.
  • Support the identification and recommendation of system improvements.

Required Qualifications:
  • DoD Top Secret Clearance is required. Candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Must have at least seven (7) years of related experience in ServiceNowand/or its modules.
  • Must have prior ServiceNow solution design, development, deployment, and sustainment experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.
  • Must have current experience in JavaScript, knowledge of markup languages like HTML and XML, and familiarity with languages like CSS.
  • Must have experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SPM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM
  • Must be able to obtain CompTIA Security + and OS certifications within 30 days of hire.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Navy or DOD experience is desired.
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Security+ certification

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any Business or IT discipline.
Education Substitution:
An additional four (4) years of directly related experience can be substituted for a degree.
