The Manager - Implementation Management leads a high-performing, client-facing team responsible for delivering complex customer implementations, migrations, and upgrade programs across the Americas region. This role ensures seamless execution of strategic and revenue-driven initiatives, acting as a trusted partner to customers and an internal advocate to deliver exceptional outcomes.

About the Team:

The Customer Implementation Management team operates across a portfolio of strategic clients, driving end-to-end delivery of implementation and migration programs. The team partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Order Management, and technical teams to execute both customer-driven and strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


Leadership & Delivery

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Lead and manage a geographically distributed team across the Americas, driving performance, accountability, and engagement

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure successful delivery of customer implementations, migrations, and technical programs aligned to business and client objectives

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Act as the senior escalation point for customer, partner, and internal delivery issues


Customer & Stakeholder Management

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Build strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high-quality experience across all implementation activities

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and internal teams to drive seamless delivery

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Represent the customer within the organization, ensuring alignment and advocacy across stakeholders


Operational Excellence

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Drive consistent execution across a portfolio of projects and BAU activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and performance standards

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Own and improve implementation performance metrics, including ServiceNow delivery and operational KPIs

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $171,500 - $285,900.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
