General Summary:The AI Implementation Specialist drives the successful adoption, integration, and operationalization of artificial intelligence, automation workflows, and data-enabled solutions across Silver Star. This role serves as a bridge between business needs and technical capabilities byidentifyingpractical use cases, implementing AI-enabled tools, designing efficient workflows, integrating systems, and helping teams adopt solutions that deliver measurable business value. The position combines technical implementation, process improvement, systems integration, data awareness, and change management to help the organization improve efficiency, decision-making, employee productivity, and customer experience.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Implement AI, automation, and workflow solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, employee productivity, and customer experience.
  • Translate business needs into practical use cases, requirements, workflows, test plans, documentation, and rollout plans.
  • Configure, test, support, and integrate AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, knowledge agents, automation tools, APIs, data sources, and business systems.
  • Design andmaintainworkflows that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, connect systems, route approvals, send notifications, and monitor reliability.
  • Support data quality, permissions, governance, reporting datasets, and knowledge sources needed for secure and effective AI and automation use.
  • Coordinate projects with business teams, IT, vendors, and leadership from discovery through deployment and post-launch support.
  • Train employees, create user-friendly documentation, encourage responsible AIuse, and improve solutions based on feedback, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Evaluate emerging AI, automation, integration, and data tools for business value, security, scalability, and fit with company priorities.
  • Participate in cross-training with department team members to share knowledge, support coverageneeds andstrengthen operational resilience.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support department and company objectives.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in systems implementation, automation, IT operations, systems integration, data enablement, or a related technical role.
  • Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot Studio, APIs, integrations, or scripting concepts preferred.
  • Working knowledge of data sources, SQL concepts, reporting datasets, data quality, permissions, cybersecurity awareness, and data governance practices.
  • Strong communication, documentation, training, project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-starter with curiosity, initiative, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally, work occasional nights or weekends when needed, andmaintaina valid Wyoming/Idaho Driver's License.
